Formal Ceremony
Both ballrooms are separated with our dividing wall.
The ceremony is held in one ballroom with all of the chairs formally lined up (church style), along with a 6 foot parted isle that leads up to elevated staging that you and your bridal party will stand on during the actual ceremony.
In the other ballroom your guest tables will be set up with centerpieces on them.
After the ceremony is over you and your guests will be ushered out to our front
lobby for a cocktail hour, while our staff opens up the dividing wall, and transforms both ballrooms into your reception (This transformation takes about 90 minutes) $975

Informal Ceremony

During your informal ceremony, guests will remain comfortably seated at their tables, surrounding a centered six-foot aisle. You and your wedding party will take center stage on an elevated platform for the ceremony itself. Immediately following, the Northern Lights staff will seamlessly transform the stage area to set up your head table for the reception $595
*There is a maximum of 150 guests for one ballroom for this option or 300 guests for both ballrooms
